How many of you are guilty from working 6-10 hours day in front of a computer chair? Your workstation setup can be EVERYTHING! Try these simple things and they can make a world of a difference! (best toronto chiro)

1)Monitor: Place the monitor directly in front of you, about an arm’s length away. The top of the screen should be at or slightly below eye level (neck pain toronto chiro).

2)Mouse/keyboard: I would recommend investing in a wireless mouse and keyboard that way, your arms and shoulders can be free and move around easily. You want to make sure your wrist is neutral and not in a bend position (low back pain toronto chiro)

3)You should sit in the front 1/3 of your chair and keep your low back in a neutral position. Do not lean into the chair or cross your legs when you sit. 

4)Phone. If you frequently talk on the phone and type or write at the same time, place your phone on speaker or use a headset rather than cradling the phone between your head and neck.
